The Story of Wivenhoe Cricket book launch
  • The Story of Wivenhoe Cricket - a book by Jon Wiseman - is being launched at the Rectory Road Cricket Club on the afternoon of 28th July. Invites have been sent out, but I understand that anyone in the town with an interest in the club will be made to feel most welcome. I don't like to post up the home numbers of local folk, but send me a direct message if you would like more details about how to RSVP.

The book itself contains over two hundred pages of club history, sixty illustrations and ninety pages of stats. A Wiv Chat interview with Jon is already being arranged :)
