    It occurs to me that Radio Wivenhoe would have a better chance of thriving if it could be found at the press of a button by people when they first hear about it. Would it be a good idea to make it into a new category on the forum, with a sticky for the link to it?

    Good idea - as you can see, the new forum category is now in place and I've shifted over all the relevant posts into this section of the forum.

    I'm a bit mindful of the forum getting slightly cluttered. Anything we can lose or edit? The plan is still to come back to the calendar at some stage, once I can find a fix to the dreaded Google calendar issue.

    I have put Wivenhoe Radio on my computer favourites and i just click on it. I have copied and pasted the station website to various people

    Just discovered it's best NOT to have earphones in when you switch to RW- unless you're used to having your eardrums blasted!

    Yes, but I would rather folk accessed the Radio Wivenhoe site direct, and gave them the traffic.

    Excellent idea Hazel. If the station is to grow, and the site get more traffic, the more links pointing to it the better.
