The property is familiarly known locally as the former Police Station. It's adjacent to the William Loveless Hall and is currently being transformed by Wivenhoe Town Council and being made available for renting. It's actually a very spacious 3 bed house.

I have a house that will be vacant in May. It's a 3 storey Victorian mid terrace on Bellevue Road [opposite the optitians]. Ground floor consists of livingroom 12'x 11',diningroom 12'x11' and galley kitchen approx 16' long. 1st floor bedroom 12'x11' and bathroom.
