Yoga classes start this week in Wivenhoe, Hythe and Frating - daytime and evening sessions available.

All classes are gentle, relaxing and suitable for all ages, abilities and for men as well as women!! Exercises and practices can be adapted to suit your needs so everyone can work at a level appropriate to them.

Classes include asana (physical postures - dynamic or in stillness), pranayama (breathing awareness/ exercises) and savasana (relaxation).

'Advance purchase' tickets

Just to let everyone know that the 'Advance Purchase' tickets are available from the ticket office. These are the pre booked tickets for specified times, trains and dates.

These have recently been introduced to include the services from Wivenhoe to London Liverpool Street.

Booking these tickets to London in the morning peak on a specified train and back, could cost as little as £16! (£8 each way, also depending which ones are still left at time of booking). The normal day return in peak is £47.40.

Booking these at the ticket office also means you don't pay the booking fees and card fees when doing it online.

We can find these tickets for you on our system and help you find the cheapest tickets, to anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales served by a railway station.
